TERMS  
  1. All materials on tables must be trans-positive and affirming. Materials which state the LGBT (or GLBT) acronym must state and promote specific trans-related products or services.

  2. Logos for inclusion on website must be submitted by August 31. Logos may be submitted after this date with caveats.

  3. Logos and advertisements for inclusion in printed materials must be submitted by August 31.

  4. Sponsorship fees must be submitted in full by August 31. Fee accepted after this date will be accepted with caveats.

  5. Sponsor will provide own banners at event.
