Immediate Tasks:

Contact and secure potential sponsors (Phoenix business owners) Letter & instructions provided.

Contact vendors regarding donations of water, coffee, tea, breakfast snacks, equipment, etc. in exchange for sponsorship.

Contact bars and organizations who might be willing to do a fundraiser for event - maybe silent auction, karaoke, performance, other?

Contact welcoming churches about inclusive services Sunday morning, give/get details for website (instructions provided)

Between now and October:
Passing out flyers & any other materials, to bars, businesses, and at events between now and conference.

Host Home Coordinator - place visitors with people who are offering space in their homes during the conference.

At Conference (October 20-23rd)
General: Help with Admission table, assembling handouts, meeting/greeting, ushers, setting up tables/chairs/meal area, signage, decorations, sound system, setup workshop rooms for presenters (including with projectors and easels), Water/snack table, and more.

Thurs night/Fri/Sat Setup/Cleanup

Setup/Cleanup at Park on Sunday, any stage help, chairs, tables, help with food/BBQ, etc.
